Roles & Responsibilities: -High availability monitoring proactive health checks & incident support -Operate Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows 365, Autopilot & co-management -Monitor compliance/patching drift, tune alerts, build health dashboards -PowerShell, Graph API, proactive remediations — eliminate toil ITIL processes, runbooks, CAB participation & DR/BC support -Cross-team engagement incident comms, mentoring & post-incident reviews Professional & Technical Skills: Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows 365 Cloud PC, Autopilot, Co-management Endpoint Analytics, Windows Update for Business, Patch & Software Deployment Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure, Hybrid Identity, Conditional Access, MFA PowerShell scripting, Graph API, , Automation Frameworks Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PKI, TCP/IP, Authentication ITIL v4 — Incident, Problem, Change & Knowledge Management Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
