The role requires working with contemporary frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with scripting and automation tools to streamline application maintenance tasks. - Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively. - Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering maintainable and scalable solutions. - Resource should have strong knowledge on Ai Automation, Gen Wizard, Azure frameworks, Gen Ai and API integrations where, resource must have hands on experience to develop and deploy frameworks Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Automation in Application Maintenance. - This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
