Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development. - Assist in documenting technical specifications and application workflows to support development and maintenance. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools related to .Net Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of software design principles and application architecture. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software applications. - Familiarity with database management and integration techniques relevant to .Net Full Stack Development. - Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
