Project Role : Full Stack Engineer Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset. You engage in creating seamless and efficient solutions that enhance client services, applying innovative approaches and modern technologies. Your work is driven by a cloud-first philosophy and agile methodologies, enabling you to address complex business challenges effectively while collaborating with diverse teams to deliver high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems to enhance performance and scalability. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies. - Ability to work with databases and design efficient data models. - Knowledge of agile development practices and version control systems.
