This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software products is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and product quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively. - Uses AI tools to author IaC (Terraform, Helm), pipelines, and runbooks, and to accelerate incident triage applies review gates so generated config is never applied unvalidated. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to streamline software delivery. - Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and configuration management tools. - Ability to design scalable and resilient cloud architectures. - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies. - Competence in scripting and automation to optimize operational workflows. - Knowledge of Capital Markets and Investment Management, with experience across securities, trading, portfolio management, investment operations, and related financial services processes. - AI Technical Skills: Hands-on use of approved coding assistants (for example, GitHub Copilot) with context-rich prompting, generated-configuration review, and automated validation of infrastructure as code, pipelines, and scripts. Ability to deploy and operate AI-enabled services with versioned prompts and configurations, evaluation gates, secrets management, observability, rollback, and human approval for production changes. Integrate approved LLM APIs into controlled runbook and incident-triage workflows. Evaluate response quality, latency, cost, prompt-injection resistance, and sensitive-data handling. AI tech stack: Terraform, Helm, CI/CD platforms, Python/shell scripting, containers, Kubernetes, LLM APIs, and project-approved monitoring and evaluation tools. Framework and platform choices are project-dependent.
