Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Must have skills : Veeva Vault Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves executing the configuration management plan under the guidance of the Configuration Lead. The role includes collaborating closely with team members to design software configurations and customizations that align with business process designs and application needs. This position requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure that software solutions are tailored effectively to support organizational objectives and operational workflows. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software customization. - Document configuration changes and maintain accurate records to support audit and compliance needs. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges. - Continuously monitor and improve configuration processes to enhance software performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles and best practices. - Experience with designing and implementing software customizations to meet specific business requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues efficiently. - Familiarity with version control systems and change management tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
