The workday includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, continuously refining and adapting the software to meet evolving demands, and ensuring seamless integration within existing systems. Creativity and problem-solving are key as the engineer develops robust and scalable applications that support business operations effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and deployment. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Lucidworks Fusion. - Strong experience in designing and configuring search and data discovery applications. - Ability to integrate Lucidworks Fusion with various data sources and enterprise systems. - Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance within Lucidworks Fusion environments. - Experience with application lifecycle management and deployment strategies related to Lucidworks Fusion.
