Must have skills : Amazon Web Services (AWS) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and enhance application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability. - Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies. - Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for packaged and SaaS applications. - Knowledge of low-code platforms and their application in customizing software solutions. - Ability to monitor and optimize system performance within cloud environments. - Strong problem-solving skills related to application configuration and support.
