This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, collaborating with different teams to understand system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous vigilance and adaptability to maintain system integrity and support business continuity effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve complex system issues. - Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. - Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance performance and security. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently. - Ability to work with complex system architectures and understand interdependencies. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
