Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Angular. - Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles within the .Net framework. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integrating various data sources and databases into applications.
