Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Flutter Software Development Kit (SDK). - Strong knowledge of mobile application architecture and design patterns. - Experience with cross-platform development and integration of third-party APIs. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. - Skilled in debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting complex software issues.
