This role requires taking ownership of project deliverables and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment throughout the development lifecycle. The position demands proactive problem-solving and coordination with various teams to deliver tailored software solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions. - Document and communicate design decisions and technical specifications clearly to all stakeholders. - Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance application performance and user experience. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management SOM. - Strong understanding of subscription order management processes and related business workflows. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP BRIM modules to meet specific client requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the SAP BRIM environment. - Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP BRIM and other enterprise systems. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
