Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA). - Experience in database performance tuning, backup and recovery strategies, and security management. - Strong knowledge of database architecture, installation, configuration, and patching. - Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and provide effective solutions. - Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine database tasks. - Understanding of data replication, high availability, and disaster recovery concepts.
