This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating efforts across various teams, and serving as the main liaison for application-related activities. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet organizational needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Oversee the integration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and scalability. - Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and ensure adherence to best practices. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio. - Strong experience in designing and developing complex integrations within Workday environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday Studio applications. - Familiarity with application lifecycle management and configuration management processes. - Excellent understanding of software development principles and best practices relevant to Workday Studio. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Workday Studio. - This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location. - A Mandatory to have Workday Related certification is required.
