This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The role requires translating complex business needs into practical technology-driven strategies and operating models. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals. - Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs. - Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage effectively across diverse teams. - Capability to guide and support the implementation of business transformation initiatives.
