Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend. - Strong experience in designing and developing custom software solutions using modern frameworks. - Ability to apply agile methodologies effectively in software development projects. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. - Experience in optimizing software for performance and scalability. - Excellent understanding of software lifecycle and version control systems.
