This role requires careful planning of neural network configurations and managing extensive datasets to ensure the models perform effectively. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of model architectures to meet evolving project goals, while coordinating with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with broader objectives. Creativity and strategic thinking are essential to develop innovative approaches that push the boundaries of natural language processing capabilities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical strategies with project requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Science, Machine Learning (ML). - Strong understanding of neural network design and optimization techniques. - Experience in handling large-scale datasets and distributed computing environments. - Familiarity with natural language processing frameworks and tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to model training and deployment.
