This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of technical solutions with evolving business goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The lead actively monitors project progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain momentum and quality throughout the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality. - Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate software components and optimize overall system performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong experience in designing scalable software architectures and implementing best coding practices. - Ability to lead and coordinate software development teams effectively. - Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and code quality assurance. - Experience in managing software delivery processes and aligning technical solutions with business requirements.
