Must have skills : Large Language Models (LLMs) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an LLM Model Developer, a typical day involves working closely with advanced language models to refine and adapt them for specific applications. This role requires continuous engagement in enhancing model capabilities by tailoring them to meet unique domain requirements. The workday includes analyzing model outputs, iterating on fine-tuning processes, and collaborating with team members to ensure the models perform effectively in diverse scenarios. The role demands a proactive approach to improving model relevance and responsiveness, contributing to the overall success of projects that rely on sophisticated language understanding and generation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fine-tuned models into production environments. - Continuously monitor model performance and implement improvements based on feedback and evaluation metrics. - Document methodologies and processes to support knowledge sharing and future development. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in model development tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs). - Experience with model fine-tuning techniques, including instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation. - Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and transformer architectures. - Ability to work with large datasets and preprocess data for model training and evaluation. - Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in AI development such as Python. - Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and techniques for language models.
