This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system irregularities and delivering timely solutions to maintain seamless business operations. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to ensure the stability and efficiency of critical software applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system challenges and implement effective resolutions. - Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders to enhance knowledge sharing. - Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues within financial modules. - Experience in managing and supporting integrated financial systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance. - Ability to work with various business units to understand financial workflows and system dependencies. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to proactively identify potential disruptions. - Excellent problem-solving skills combined with effective communication to facilitate collaboration.
