This role requires close collaboration with various architects to align system integrations and data models, fostering a unified and efficient data environment. The position demands strategic planning and continuous refinement of the platform blueprint to support evolving business needs and technological advancements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and maintenance of scalable data platform architectures that support organizational goals. - Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Architecture. - Strong knowledge of data modeling principles and best practices for designing robust database systems. - Experience with cloud-based data platforms and understanding of distributed database technologies. - Ability to design and optimize data storage solutions for performance, scalability, and security. - Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless data flow across systems. - Expertise in troubleshooting complex database issues and implementing effective solutions.
