Must have skills : Workday Peakon Employee Voice, workday Peakon Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Mandatory to have Workday Related certification 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineer, you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites, while also creating automation strategies and automated scripts. You will support data and environment configuration, participate in code reviews, and monitor and report defects to facilitate continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in developing and implementing testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues throughout the application lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies. - Familiarity with Agile development processes and continuous integration practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Mandatory to have Workday Related certification.
