This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to maintain seamless integration between various systems and data models. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple stakeholders to align platform capabilities with organizational needs, fostering a cohesive and efficient data environment that supports business objectives and technological advancements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in data platform processes and workflows. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment of data platform strategies with broader organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration. - Experience with designing and implementing scalable data platform architectures. - Strong understanding of system integration principles and data modeling techniques. - Ability to collaborate effectively with architects and technical teams to ensure seamless data flow. - Familiarity with workflow automation and orchestration tools relevant to data platforms. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration challenges within data ecosystems.
