Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect. - Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions and integration techniques. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design and implement scalable software components. - Familiarity with scripting and automation to optimize workflows. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
