Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead strategic planning and resource allocation to optimize project delivery. - Facilitate risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential project challenges. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong organizational and leadership abilities to coordinate complex projects effectively. - Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and teams. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements. - Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies within project environments. - Competence in using project management tools and methodologies to track progress and outcomes.
