This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect plays a crucial role in supporting organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of significant initiatives. Collaboration across departments and continuous assessment of operational models are integral to ensuring that proposed solutions effectively meet evolving business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the alignment of business strategies with technology solutions to ensure cohesive delivery. - Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to foster mutual understanding and effective collaboration. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Experience in translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions. - Ability to develop and present comprehensive business cases to support decision-making. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage effectively with diverse teams. - Capability to guide and influence cross-functional teams during transformation initiatives.
