You serve as the main liaison for project-related communications, ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders. Your role involves overseeing the development lifecycle, addressing challenges proactively, and driving the project towards successful completion with a focus on quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Build Tool. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices related to application design and configuration. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within software projects. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to support application development. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
