This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks and ensures that the applications are aligned with the overall project goals and timelines, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout the process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project objectives. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google BigQuery. - Experience in designing and optimizing data models and queries within cloud-based data warehousing environments. - Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and ETL processes related to large-scale data platforms. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application performance and data processing. - Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline data workflows and improve operational efficiency. - Experience working in collaborative development environments and using version control systems.
