Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and continuous enhancement of software to support evolving organizational goals and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Assist in documenting software design and development processes to maintain clarity and knowledge sharing. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syndigo Platform. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently. - Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
