The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications not only meet functional expectations but also enhance overall operational efficiency. Throughout the day, the engineer balances technical development with problem-solving and adaptation to evolving business demands, contributing to the delivery of robust and effective software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Ensure the quality and performance of developed applications through rigorous testing and validation. - Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of application design and development processes. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development. - Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports development. - Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL programming. - Ability to customize and extend Oracle Applications modules. - Familiarity with application lifecycle management and version control tools.
