Job Description
Customer Success Representative (m/f/d) - Lystrup, Denmark
Help us deliver great science through great customer service
At LGC, our mission is simple: Science for a Safer World.
Behind our scientific products and technologies is a team making sure our customers receive the right products, information and support when they need them. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative (m/f/d) to join our team in Lystrup. You’ll be an important point of contact for our customers, managing orders and enquiries while working closely with colleagues across the business to keep everything running smoothly.
If you enjoy helping people, keeping things organised and finding solutions when things don’t quite go to plan, this could be a great next step for you.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of the customer journey from order through to delivery. Day to day, you’ll:
Support customers with questions about pricing, availability, orders and deliveries
Process and manage customer orders, making sure information is accurate and complete
Keep customers informed about order confirmations, changes, delays and backorders
Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and other teams to resolve customer requests
Follow up on open enquiries and help make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Maintain accurate customer and order information in our systems
Work in line with our quality procedures and ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 requirements
Look for opportunities to make the customer experience even better
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
You don’t need to be a scientist to succeed in this role. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with customers and takes pride in getting the details right.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
Experience in customer service, order management, sales support or a similar role
A confident, professional and friendly approach to customer communication
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once
Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems
Confidence working with Microsoft Office and business systems such as ERP or CRM platforms
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Danish at approximately B1/B2 level or above
The ability to work both independently and as part of an international team
Experience from life sciences, biotechnology or manufacturing is a plus, but it’s not essential. What matters most is your customer mindset, willingness to learn and ability to take ownership.
