This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The professional collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with business goals and technical requirements, continuously refining and adapting strategies to meet evolving needs within the project scope. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Strong knowledge of cloud computing principles and platform integration techniques. - Experience in designing scalable and high-performance solutions within complex environments. - Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs. - Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to technology architecture. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions.
