Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of complex software modules ensuring alignment with project goals. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline workflows and improve overall project delivery. - Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance software performance and maintainability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for SAP HANA environments. - Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts, including object-oriented programming and modularization techniques. - Familiarity with database design and performance tuning within SAP HANA systems. - Ability to work with agile development methodologies and modern software development tools. - Skilled in debugging, testing, and maintaining high-quality software components.
