The role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, ensuring that the software is scalable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business objectives. Problem-solving and innovation are key aspects, as the engineer refines existing functionalities and contributes to the overall enhancement of the software ecosystem through modern development methodologies and frameworks. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software components with business goals. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Experience in customizing and extending SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions to meet complex business requirements. - Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and integration with other enterprise systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SAP EWM environments effectively. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, including agile practices. - Competence in designing scalable and maintainable software components within SAP landscapes.
