This role requires capturing overarching requirements and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The individual actively supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring that business objectives are effectively translated into actionable plans and operational frameworks. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business strategies and technology implementations. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements. - Assist in monitoring project progress and provide recommendations to address challenges. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Excellent communication skills to effectively translate business needs into technical requirements. - Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making. - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive business transformation.
