Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine project goals and contribute to the development lifecycle, ensuring that the applications developed effectively support organizational objectives. Your role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business expectations and technical implementation, fostering seamless integration and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Assist in the documentation and communication of design specifications to ensure clarity and alignment. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks. - Continuously monitor and evaluate software performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools. - Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and troubleshoot issues effectively. - Experience in designing and implementing software solutions tailored to business needs. - Ability to work with various software development methodologies and tools. - Good communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with application lifecycle management and software deployment processes.
