This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the desired requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving, continuous collaboration, and overseeing the technical direction to deliver high-quality solutions. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, managing priorities and aligning efforts to achieve successful outcomes while maintaining clear communication across teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong knowledge of application architecture and design patterns related to Spring Boot development. - Experience in building scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework. - Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration within Spring Boot applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in Spring Boot environments. - Understanding of security best practices and implementation within Spring Boot applications.
