The person taking up this role will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of standard compliance reports using data from internal systems and external client platforms. The role requires strong technical capabilities in Advanced Excel, Power Query, compliance Tools to execute reporting processes and generate reliable, high-quality outputs that support business decision-making. The individual must be capable of identifying trends in data, communicating insights effectively, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reporting needs are met with precision and efficiency. A strong commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and continuous process improvement is essential for success in this role. What are we looking for? • Reporting Domain• MS Office (Excel) • Email Writing Skills • Problem solving skills (Analytical skills / Collaborative thinking/ Adaptable to change) • Verbal Communication: Sentence Mastery, Vocabulary, Fluency, Pronunciation • Customer Service Skills; Stakeholder Management; Operations Management • Compliance Reporting • Power Query and or VBA • Compliance Tools - Bullhorn; Cognos; Peoplesoft Roles and Responsibilities: • Execute end-to-end preparation and delivery of standard reports using Excel and data extracted from compliance Tools• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful reports, dashboards, or data summaries• Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions using Power Query, Excel formulas, and VBA to reduce manual effort• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all deliverables • Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for actionable business insights and operational improvements • Contribute to the reporting automation roadmap and streamline recurring report production • Support issue resolution by conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommending corrective and preventive measures • Take ownership of assigned reporting tasks and projects, working independently with minimal supervision • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and ensure knowledge sharing of report logic, process flows, and automation steps • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth and aligned report delivery • Remains comfortable extending support until 1200 EST for Client meetings & discussions Any Graduation Important Notice We have been alerted to the existence of fraudulent messages asking job seekers to set up payment to cover various costs associated with establishing employment at Accenture.
