This includes guiding teams through the entire lifecycle from conceptual design to final delivery, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The role requires continuous oversight of code quality, system scalability, and performance to align with evolving business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and proactive problem-solving are integral to maintaining project momentum and achieving successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve development processes and technical approaches. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, React.js, GitHub Copilot (GHCP), RDBMS like PostgreSQL or Oracl. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, React.js, GitHub Copilot (GHCP), RDBMS like PostgreSQL or Oracl. - Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and best practices. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
