This role serves as the main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the development lifecycle. The position requires overseeing the progress of application builds, addressing challenges as they arise, and maintaining alignment with overall project goals. Collaboration with various teams and managing priorities to deliver high-quality solutions are integral parts of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to ensure timely delivery. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform. - Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within software applications. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to drive project success. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
