This role requires evaluating the existing business model and its alignment with technological solutions. The day includes gathering and analyzing information from various sources, identifying the needs of customers, and envisioning improved future states or business solutions that enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration with different stakeholders to synthesize insights and support decision-making is a key part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives. - Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives by providing detailed business insights. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Architecture. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and systems. - Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable plans. - Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing cross-functional collaboration. - Skilled in process modeling and documentation techniques. - Competence in assessing business models and integrating technology solutions.
