You will engage in continuous monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation and minimal disruption. Your role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential problems before they impact business functions, collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex system issues. - Document findings and solutions to enhance team knowledge and support processes. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system maintenance. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in NetApp Data Management & Cloud Storage Solutions. - Strong understanding of storage architecture and data management principles. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues in cloud storage environments. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes. - Familiarity with backup and recovery processes within cloud storage platforms. - Knowledge of integration between storage solutions and enterprise applications.
