Project Role : Test Automation Lead Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Must have skills : ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. You will work collaboratively with various teams to evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to drive excellence in quality assurance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in testing processes. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR). - Strong understanding of automation frameworks and tools. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies. - Familiarity with performance testing and load testing tools. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies.
