Job Description STRATEGY EXECUTION Translate D&W strategy into clear partner actions. Drive execution against agreed priorities. Identify gaps and accelerate implementation. Identify growth opportunities at customer level. Strengthen partner execution and capabilities. TRAINING AND CAPABILITY BUILDING Build frontline selling capabilities. Deliver product, category and selling training. Drive adoption of Red Bull initiatives. Support partner meetings and key events. COMMERCIAL INSIGHTS & SELL-IN / SELL-OUT Connect sell-in, sell-out, stock and execution data. Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps. Turn insights into clear commercial actions. Improve distribution, availability and execution. Align partner sell-in with market sell-out. CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION Connect D&W partners with Red Bull teams. Align On Premise, Off Premise and Field Sales priorities. Share insights, tools and market opportunities. Maximize opportunities through D&W customers. Qualifications 2+ years’ FMCG / Sales / Commercial experience. D&W / Distributor experience is an advantage. Strong FMCG and commercial understanding. Strong analytical and commercial capability. Comfortable with sell-in, sell-out and depletion data. Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership. Strong digital & computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel. Very good English. Driver’s License.
