You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements by continuously enhancing system functionalities and performance, contributing to the overall success of projects through innovative problem-solving and technical expertise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Assist in documenting technical specifications and user guides to support software deployment and maintenance. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously monitor and improve software quality through testing and code reviews. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow within enterprise systems. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
