Project Role : Business Process Designer Project Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time. This includes developing new processes and refining existing ones to enhance overall efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with business users to gather detailed requirements and create comprehensive use cases. Additionally, continuous monitoring mechanisms are designed and implemented to collect feedback, enabling ongoing process optimization and ensuring that solutions remain effective and aligned with business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of process improvements that align with organizational goals. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Strong knowledge of business process modeling and workflow design techniques. - Experience in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. - Ability to analyze complex systems and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks. - Familiarity with tools and methodologies for continuous process monitoring and feedback collection. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
