Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Project Management. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms. - Ability to design scalable and efficient data pipelines and workflows. - Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance within cloud environments. - Familiarity with collaborative development tools and version control systems.
