This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and reliability of systems, and adapting features to align with organizational goals. The engineer collaborates with various teams to maintain compatibility and optimize performance, utilizing a range of tools and platforms to deliver effective solutions. Continuous monitoring and troubleshooting are integral to maintaining seamless application operations throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Alteryx. - Experience in designing and implementing data workflows and automation using Alteryx. - Strong understanding of data integration and transformation techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within packaged or SaaS environments. - Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality.
