Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). - Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques. - Experience in integrating business process requirements into scalable software solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software products.
