This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions that meet project requirements. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks, addresses challenges as they arise, and ensures that the application aligns with the overall business objectives. Collaboration and leadership are key components throughout the workday, fostering a productive environment for innovation and problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management. - Strong knowledge of credit management processes and their application within SAP environments. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FSCM modules to meet specific business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP FSCM and other SAP or third-party systems. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to credit management functionalities.
